Who we are

Casa Padel Social Club is a padel and wellness club opening in West Los Angeles, California. This site, casapadel.us, is here so you can inquire about membership before we open. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies of its own.

What we collect

When you send the inquiry form, we receive what you typed:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Mobile number, only if you add it
• Neighborhood, or the one you type if you choose Other
• Your game, from new to padel to competitive

We also note when you first and last sent the form, how many times, and whether the spam check passed. A hidden field catches bots, and what fills it is discarded, not stored. Our form handler counts submissions per IP address and forgets the address ten minutes after your last attempt. It never enters your record.

Cloudflare hosts the site, so every page you load passes through its network, IP address and browser details included. We keep none of that. Cloudflare Turnstile, our spam check, reads the same signals to tell people from bots, under its privacy notice. Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so Google receives your IP address too. The Instagram link sends nothing unless you follow it.

Why we collect it

We use it to read your inquiry, reply, and talk with you about membership and the opening. The founder reads every one. A mobile number has one job: reaching you about your inquiry. We never send marketing texts.

How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry until your membership question is settled, and at most 24 months after we were last in touch. Ask and we delete it sooner. Each inquiry also reaches our inbox as an email, which we delete along with your record.

Inquiries travel over HTTPS and sit in Cloudflare's datastore, behind an account only the people who handle them can open. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise ours is.

Who we share it with

These companies handle data for us, each only to run its service:

• Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the form handler and stores the records. It also runs the Turnstile spam check and may use those signals to improve it, never to profile you.
• Resend emails each inquiry to our inbox and keeps delivery logs under its own policy.
• Our email provider holds the copy sent to our inbox.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces.

Your information is processed in the United States and may pass through data centers elsewhere. We hand it over if the law requires it. If the club changed hands, the inquiry list would go with it under this policy. We do not sell personal information, pass it to advertisers, or let another business market to you with it.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask what we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. Email social@casapadel.us from the address on your form, which is how we confirm it is you. We answer within 45 days. Tell us to stop contacting you and we stop within 10 business days. Someone you authorize in writing may ask for you. Asking never counts against you.

There is nothing to opt out of: we collect nothing sensitive, and nothing is sold or passed to advertisers. We do not track you across websites or run analytics, so a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal changes nothing here.

The form is for adults. If you are under 16, ask a parent or guardian to inquire for you. If a child has sent the form, tell us and we delete the record.
